How Retainers Work

Contracted hours are pooled across the full contract term, not locked to a fixed amount per month — more can be used in busy periods, less in quiet ones, subject to the agreement.

Hours can be used across any eligible service in the practice.

Additional hour bundles can be purchased if contracted capacity is used up.
- 04
Unused hours expire at the end of the contract term unless the individual agreement states otherwise.

Final hours, pricing, priority rules, and deliverables are established during consultation.

Contract terms begin on the effective/signing date, not necessarily the first of a calendar month.
